Meet Taylor Fultz, a dedicated and passionate personal trainer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Taylor's journey in the world of fitness began back in 2010 when she embarked on her career at Chico State University. Since then, she has been on a mission to help people from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals.

Taylor's diverse clientele ranges from athletes seeking peak performance to individuals transitioning out of physical therapy, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to tailoring workouts to individual needs. Her extensive background in competitive sports, including volleyball, softball, and swimming, has shaped her understanding of the importance of physical health.

Not one to rest on her laurels, Taylor continues to challenge herself well into her 30s by competing in Bikini bodybuilding competitions and participating in triathlons. Her personal dedication to maintaining a high level of fitness sets an inspiring example for her clients.

But for Taylor, health isn't just about the physical aspect. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness, which led her to study and teach yoga for six years. Drawing from this experience, she integrates the principles of yoga into her training sessions, offering her clients a wealth of diverse knowledge that helps them in their everyday movements. She continuously refines her practice by learning from experts in the field while maintaining a humble and focused student mentality.

In addition to her fitness and yoga expertise, Taylor has expanded her horizons by earning certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This multifaceted approach to health and wellness underscores her belief that true well-being encompasses more than just physical fitness.

Taylor Fultz is more than just a personal trainer; she is a dedicated coach and advocate for holistic health. With her extensive background in fitness, yoga, and nutrition, she empowers her clients to achieve total wellness, recognizing that true health encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.

Michelle Grinnell

Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

Consistent competition in sports and as an equestrian from my early childhood through my college years fostered a true love and appreciation for fitness and being outdoors. Though competitive sports came to a natural conclusion with age and time, my appreciation for hiking and running became a huge focus and I have completed several half and full marathons and hiked several of the tallest mountains in the U.S. as a result (and continue to do so).  In both sports and in horsemanship, supporting and encouraging your counterparts to be the best is integral to developing skills that go far beyond the field or arena; this is the place where we often craft our work ethic, compassion for others and self esteem. Being granted the privilege to help others craft these values and more, rediscover or find for the very first time, their athletic potential or to encourage people to forge a path to overall health and wellness as a Personal Trainer feels like a daily gift. Whether you find yourself here for the very first time, to set long term fitness and strength goals, or to simply get re-acquainted with exercise, I am here to meet you wherever you're at and accompany you on this journey. Specializations: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, ASFA Certified in Foam Rolling and Myofasicial Release
